Beach Club Aruba

A 50 unit 0 story condominium tower is located on the Atlantic Ocean and is terraced to provide complete ocean views. The lighted spire at the top of the tower serves as a beacon to the community and to navigating vessels in Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

The main entrance to the 86,000 SF tower is accessed through an elevated covered Porte Cochere. The entrance is flanked by decorative water falls and polished stone.

The design of the Beach Club incorporates loft design style and planning. The facility is designed for 50 luxury units' condominiums. The 50 units consist of two and three bedroom units ranging in size from 1,200 SF to 2,200 SF and is positioned over a 90 car parking garage. The building amenities include a complete fitness center and recreation facility. The entertainment deck areas include lap pool, jacuzzi and spa all with ocean access.

The one acre site created many challenges. The 90 car parking garage is located in two and a half levels. The half level located 4 foot below grade.

The building is constructed of reinforce masonry with post tensioned slabs. The exterior of the building contains glass railings, substantial glazing and concrete to allow maximum views and visibility.
